Getting Started with Mathematics Review for Physics
This course is divided into a series of mathematical topics, starting from Units & Dimensional Analysis and ending with Forces & Motion. Each topic contains the following:
1) A video TUTORIAL explaining the topic
2) EXERCISES designed to give you hands-on practice with that topic
3) SOLUTIONS to the exercises
SHOULD YOU GO THROUGH THE ENTIRE COURSE, OR CAN YOU INSTEAD JUMP AROUND?
It depends on your background. To find out what's best for you, here's what I suggest you do: Visit each course topic (in order), but initially, SKIP the video tutorial for that topic! Instead, look at the exercises for that topic and see if you can do them. If they seem easy, then skip that entire topic and move on to the next topic. But if the exercises seem unfamiliar or challenging, then GO BACK and watch the video tutorial for that topic, re-attempt the exercises, and then look at the solutions. Once you've done that, you're ready to move on to the next topic.Units and Dimensional Analysis - Exercises: Solutions 1 - Solutions 2 - Solutions 3
